Amenza Watches is a premium online store based in Multan, Pakistan, offering high-quality wristwatches with elegant designs and timeless appeal.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we currently operate exclusively online. All watches are handled, packed, and shipped directly from our workspace.

What types of watches do you sell?
We offer a variety of men’s and unisex wristwatches, including stainless steel, gold-tone, and classic analog designs.

Are your watches original designs?
Yes, each watch is part of our handpicked or custom-designed collections, crafted to deliver both style and durability.

Can I order in bulk for gifting or reselling?
Absolutely! We accept bulk and wholesale orders. Contact us for special pricing and offers.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum required.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available nationwide at no extra cost.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We’ll send you tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online bank transfers may be available for bulk orders upon request.

Is there any extra charge for COD?
No, COD is completely free of any additional charges.

Are payments secure?
Yes, all payments and data are securely handled through Shopify and our trusted logistics partners.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return a watch?
Yes, returns are accepted only if the delivered product is defective or not as advertised.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require an unboxing video as proof.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty watch?
If the product is defective or not as advertised, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just share your unboxing video and order details with us.

How long do refunds take?
Once the returned product is approved and received, refunds are processed within 10 business days.


Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before 12 AM midnight on the same day it was placed. After that, it’s sent for dispatch and cannot be canceled.

How do I cancel my order?
Just WhatsApp us or email us at amenza.store.pk@gmail.com with your order number and request.

What happens if I refuse delivery?
Refusing delivery without prior notice may lead to restrictions on placing future orders.
